In Heian era, he composed a poem which the topic was about plums. After a long time, the poem have became a legend and Tenmangus are enshrining plum trees as the symbol.
Do you really know about Kyoto? More than 2,000 temples and shrines exist in the city. If you are a traveler, how are you gonna find the best places to visit?? Arashiyama Hanatouro and Bamboo Forest Walkways (嵐山花灯路、竹林の小径) in 2017

Byodoin hoodo (平等院鳳凰堂)
Byodoin hoodo, the world heritage, has opened the gate for autumn lighting up!! The night visit was limited only for the tours by some agency until last year. Since 2017, they opened the gate for general visitors

Hosen-in temple (宝泉院)
Hosen-in is a kind of hidden place in northern Kyoto. It's located behind Sanzen-in temple in Ohara.
After getting off a bus.(Sorry but the man in the pic is just a stranger)
